Witness the world premiere of a powerful new work of “sung story” recounting a fateful night when a community came together to conceal escaped slaves from a search party seeking to return “fugitives” to slavery. Performed in the space where the drama unfolded, it features reknowned violinist and composer, John Blake Jr., storyteller, Charlotte Blake Alston and singers from Keystone State Boychoir, Pennsylvania Girlchoir and Find Your Instrument! The afternoon will also feature craft demonstrations, historic actors and more!
